What You'll
Actually Do

Every day is different. You'll be on real commercial job sites across the Denver metro — from Boulder down to Castle Rock — installing doors that go into some of the most important buildings in the region.

Door Frames Steel and aluminum frames — singles, pairs, sidelites, interior and exterior
Commercial Doors Man doors, security doors, fire-rated doors in wood, metal, and glass
Hardware Hinges, locksets, kick plates, concealed vertical rods, and more
Quality & Safety Every install checked against specs. OSHA compliance. PPE always.
$20–$30/hr
Your rate grows with your skills The faster you learn and the more value you bring, the more you earn. We don't make you wait years for a raise — we pay what you're worth as you prove it.

Who We're Looking For

You Don't Need To Know Everything. Yet.

Experience is great but it's not required. What matters most is that you show up, work hard, and are willing to learn. We'll train the right person.

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Your own hand and power tools
Smartphone with app capability
Clear communicator with clients and team
Punctual, reliable, strong work ethic
Willing to learn and grow on the job

Forklift/scissor lift certifications are a plus but not required. 2+ years of commercial door or trades experience preferred — but we'll consider anyone with the right attitude.
